Different from general sports clubs, Medical Iron Man is the first social enterprise in Taiwan. In addition to applying for a trademark, the founding members also established a company (Iron Man Medical Co., Ltd.) and an association (Taiwan Triathlon Safety Association) in accordance with government regulations. An independent legal person, although there is no contractual constraint between the two, the company will occasionally sponsor missions or resources to members of the association for public welfare development in the name of medical iron man. The sponsor must abide by the relevant regulations of the sponsor, because only those who have the opportunity to accept sponsorship to represent the iron man attending the event, not only abide by the discipline, but also have the ability and spirit to help others.
