醫護鐵人的Line貼圖累積至2023年共有兩個版本第一個版本為醫鐵小醬，由賽事總監戴維恩擔任總編輯，委任親戚就醬設計上架，第二個版本為ETMAN醫鐵人，由醫護鐵人創辦人陳彥良於2023年手繪後使用ppt進行二次創作，在自學的情況下上架Line貼圖，在兩個版本間原有討論過採用企鵝甚至雲豹做為醫鐵吉祥物，但始終覺得不合適直到創辦人2023年前往屏東燈會時，看到了當時會場中展出的檸檬大叔企業吉祥物，猛然想起愛心與十字與醫護鐵人的關聯性很高，回家後便心血來潮嘗試地手繪了一個草稿，看起來皮皮又動感的愛肉（IRON)與敦厚老實的麥迪克(MEDIC)就橫空出世了，但為了能夠符合Line貼圖上架規範，創辦人只好又試著用ppt畫出一個又一個的團案，畫著畫著不知不覺居然就畫了16張，到了最後一張甚至還畫出了ET MAN整個家族（愛肉、麥迪克、曜玩「藥丸」、珍「針」美與愛迪「AED」），申請上架期間總共被Line官方以各種理由退件了四次，而最關鍵的原因紅十字不能用，所以後來愛肉頭上的紅十字髮夾便改成了皇冠，最終花費了八天時間後在當年2/14情人節收到了貼圖通過的通知，
